NOW Staff Question – How do you deal with gogatsu byou?

When Golden Week is over, a symptom called gogatsu byou – or May blues – often occurs to Japanese people. Don’t worry, it’s nothing serious (or even medical for that matter!) – just a bout of sadness or disappointment after returning from holidays to a regular routine. So as we reach the end of Golden Week, we though we’d share with you our personal tips for dealing with gogatsu byou!
