Nishitetsu announced its redevelopment plan for the jointly held area comprising of Tenjin Vivre, Fukuoka Building and Tenjin Core. After the closings of the two shopping complexes, an office building boasting one of the largest floor spaces in Western Japan will be constructed. The new nineteen-story building will accommodate offices on the 8th to 11th floors, including international companies.
