Nishi-ku sake brewer Hamaji Shuzo has begun nationwide sales of its own Yogurt Amaou, a liqueur made from Fukuoka’s Amaou strawberries and locally-sourced milk. Dedicated to using local ingredients, Hamaji Shuzo uses original blending techniques to maximize the thickness of the yogurt and the trademark sweet-and-sour taste of Amaou. Yogurt Amaou is the third in a series of Hamaji’s original yogurt liqueurs.
