ANA Inks Agreement for Call Center in Nagasaki City

All Nippon Airways has signed an agreement with Nagasaki City and the prefecture to place there a call center for making reservations and providing information. Plans call for the ANA subsidiary ANA Telemart to start operations in 2011 with 120 employees, and to increase that total to 450 people by 2017. The company will invest about 2.2 billion yen on the building, for which construction will start next June.
