Ippudo, a nationally renowned ramen chain based here in Hakata with over 30 locations across Japan (as well as New York, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai and Australia) is taking their ramen to the skies! From June 1, ANA launches Ippudo in-flight ramen for their business class and first class passengers. Passengers aboard ANA’s Europe-bound route can enjoy the “Soraton” (Tonkotsu broth) ramen, while those flying to America (not including Honolulu) can try “Furusato” (Soy broth) ramen.
