ANA Uses Fuselages to Encourage Aso

All Nippon Airways announced it would paint the name of the city of Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture, and pictures of the gentian, the city flower, on the fuselages of their domestic passenger aircraft from July 30 to the end of May 2013 to show support for the city after the heavy damage it suffered in the recent rains. All passengers will be given a leaflet presenting the prime tourist attractions of the city. The airline has also donated one million yen to the city, and sent buckets and shovels to help with the cleanup.
