Fukuoka Prefecture has released guidelines for potential tenants of the boathouse facility inside Ohori Park which will be demolished and then rebuilt. Some of the conditions for applicants include having an office in Fukuoka, experience running a restaurant for at least three years, and employing an onsite food hygiene manager. The new tenants must also agree to manage the boat rentals. There will be an onsite tour on July 4. Formal applications must be received by the Ken Koen Gairo department (Fukuoka Pref. Parks and Roads Department) between 8/7 ~ 8/12. Business are expected to be in operation beginning April to August 2014. Source: Nishinippon Shimbun
