Call Center Company to Double Size of Kyushu Operations

Call center operators Q&A Corporation of Tokyo said that it would double the size of its Fukuoka Marketing Center that serves all of Kyushu and expand its personnel to 400 by next March. The company is a mid-tier firm in the industry, and their Fukuoka center they opened last November is their third in the country. They are primarily involved with handling the sale of food products and cosmetics, and promoting repeat business, on an outsourced basis.
