Mizuho PayPay Dome in Fukuoka has introduced Japan’s first cashierless store inside a baseball stadium. Set to open March 28 for a limited period until June, the “Smart Stand” near Gate 4 allows entry via credit card authentication. Customers can select snacks, drinks, and Hawks merchandise, and exit with items while overhead cameras automatically track purchases.
