JR Kyushu Retail Inc. started serving fresh from the tap “nama-beer” at a convenience store inside Kokura Station on July 29. Family Mart JR Kokura Station Shop began selling draft beer by cup for ¥380. With a target market of commuters as well as shinkansen (bullet train) passengers, the company selected the shop inside the train station as the first Family Mart in Kyushu to have a beer server.
