Two young sake brewers opened their brewery and bar near the Yakuin Station in Fukuoka City. Librom Craft Sake Brewery owners are 28 years old and share a dream to produce their sake in Italy. After spending years learning sake production and preparing to leave for Europe, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic forced them to find a new purpose – to serve delicious liquor to local customers in Fukuoka. The bar also offers snacks that perfectly match their sake. Source: Sake Times
