Fukuoka City officially selected Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. as the developer of its new residence-and-research town near the Kyushu University Ito Campus. According to the city’s announcement on Nov. 20, Daiwa House and its partner companies would construct three residential buildings (total: 480 apartments,) a two-story research-and-office building, and four commercial facilities on a land of 31,000 m2.
