Dontaku Parade Details For 2022 Finalized

Plans for the 2022 Dontaku parade were finalized on Mar. 15. The organizers decided to hold the parade with fewer attendees and shorter hours. A total of 121 groups (approximately 9,400 people) would march through the city while wearing masks to prevent infections. Spectators will also be asked to enjoy live streaming instead of standing along the parade route. Source: Mainichi / Asahi
