Due to an increase in overseas visitors to Kyushu/Okinawa, Drug Eleven (a subsidiary of JR Kyushu) plans to improve their support and services to foreign customers. Drug Eleven will distribute pamphlets to branches in Fukuoka and Okinawa containing foreign language phrases that may be helpful to staff when serving foreign customers. All employees are also required to complete online foreign language training. With this action, Drug Eleven aims to include foreign customers in their hospitality.
