Fukuoka City has established an Engineer Friendly City Fukuoka Award beginning this year. With the goal of becoming a city where “engineers gather, be active and mature,” the project will award communities and companies that contribute to further enhance their working environment. Beginning on October 30, the organizers are seeking nominees. Also, online public voting is scheduled between early December to early January.
