On May 28, the West Nippon Expressway began a free internet service for drivers resting at Service Areas (SA) and Parking Areas (PA) along the expressway. A total of 144 free internet spots are now in use. To access, users must register their email address, after which they are free to use the service in 15 minute blocks, three times daily. One of the objectives of the free internet service is to appeal to foreign users. Source: http://corp.w-nexco.co.jp/corporate/release/hq/h26/0528a/
