Fukuoka Airport’s outdoor viewing deck located above the domestic terminal will reopen on August 7. With a concept of ‘allowing guests to take a break while experiencing Fukuoka,’ space has been under renovation until recently. Eight shops, including eateries (yakitori, pancake, and coffee), acupuncture and massage clinic, and a Pierre Herme souvenir shop, will open on the 2nd ~ 3rd floors. The 360°-view deck on the fourth floor turns atmospheric at night when lit up with 650 lights. Also, a beer hall serves freshly-sourced beer and dishes using local ingredients all year round.
