Fukuoka and Kitakyushu Airports Add New International Routes

This March, a direct flight to Kuala Lumpur will go into service at Fukuoka Airport for the first time in 13 years. It will be operated by Air Asia X, a subsidiary of Air Asia Group, the largest low-cost carrier in Asia, marking the company’s first-ever foray into Kyushu. Meanwhile, at Kitakyushu Airport, Starflyer began flights to Taipei last October and T’way Air began flights to Muan, South Korea last November. Source: fiba.jp
