Fukuoka City and Line Fukuoka tie-up on Disaster Prevention Service

Fukuoka City and Line Fukuoka have developed a disaster-prevention information system for the city’s official Line account. Users can communicate with a chatbot to find accessible evacuation spots or get advice on how to act during an emergency. The system will also allow users to easily share their information with their families or friends. It will be the first disaster-management project using Line and a test will be conducted between September 4 and October 31. Source: Fukuoka City, 9/6/2019
