Fukuoka City will be renting out a device to counteract telephone fraud for free to the citizens aged over 65. The device plays a warning message to incoming calls and records conversations automatically. In case the call is a telephone fraud attempt or when the user feels unwell, there is an emergency button they can press to contact pre-set numbers.
