Starting this month, the office of the Fukuoka City mayor is displaying the mayor’s entertainment expenses on the city’s website. The information includes the date, the official name given to the expense, the nature of the expense, and the amount. This brings to 16 the number of the 17 government ordinance-designated cities that are disclosing this information. Kyoto is the only one that isn’t.
