The New Coronavirus Vaccination Call Center for Fukuoka City opened on Mar. 9. The center takes inquiries and reservations for the vaccinations(*) in eight languages; Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Nepali, Vietnamese, Spanish and Portuguese. Hard-of-hearing residents can also make inquiries via FAX. Also, on Mar. 15, the city provides English and Japanese phone counseling to those who suffered the virus infections and their families, workers and residents of cluster-hit facilities, and others who need mental support.
