Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Tower Opens Doors

The “Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Tower,” a core facility housing offices and hotels in the Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City complex built by Sekisui House and Nishi-Nippon Railroad in Tenjin, Fukuoka City, opened on April 6 and was unveiled to the press. The tower is equipped with a conference facility that can accommodate up to 430 people, catering to various business events, including international conferences and seminars. The tower has 25 above-ground floors and one basement level. The conference facility on the 3rd and 4th floors includes a boardroom equipped with a 98-inch large display and high-definition cameras, designed for use in global negotiations.

Three stores, including an apparel shop, opened for business on the first floor on the same day. Offices are located on floors 5 to 16, with each floor covering approximately 2,500 square meters, making it one of the largest in Kyushu. All commercial facilities on the lower floors are scheduled to open in June. The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka, operated by the US Marriott Group, is set to open on June 21. This marks the hotel brand’s first entry into Kyushu. Source: Nikkei
