Fukuoka City announced that its startup event, Ramen Tech, will return from October 7-11 with an expanded program aimed at attracting more participants from Japan and overseas. Organizers plan to host more than 100 events and welcome over 15,000 attendees, up from about 12,000 in 2025, including more than 1,200 international visitors. The program will feature a large-scale startup pitch competition, lectures, exhibitions, and networking events across multiple venues, including One Fukuoka Building in Tenjin and Fukuoka Growth Next in Daimyo. The official website is now open, with registrations underway for both participants and event organizers. Now in its third year, Ramen Tech is part of Fukuoka City’s effort to strengthen its position as a leading startup hub in Asia.
