Akira Holdings, a fish wholesaler, based in Fukuoka’s Fresh Fish Market, is preparing to boost exports of locally caught fish through a new online platform. Combining a multilingual web-order tool and social media posts to provide the current stock status, the company will target the U.S., Vietnam, Singapore, and other countries within this current fiscal year.
