30 Fukuoka Police officers handed out 5000 flyers in Tenjin on Sunday, encouraging the public to keep a lookout for Katsuya Takahashi, a former Aum Shinrikyo doomsday cult member who is has been on the run since 1995. The reward for information leading to his arrest is up to 10 million yen.
