Fukuoka Prefectural Office Lobby Utilized More
Fukuoka Prefecture is making an effort to utilize the 1500m2 lobby on the first floor of the Prefectural Office’s Administrative Building. To date, the Prefecture has used the spacious two-story atrium lobby to hold art exhibitions and display winning entries from its essay contests. This fall, in an attempt to make better use of the space, the Prefecture held a local food fair and a panel exhibit of local festivals. The Prefecture is now considering holding other events, such as workshops and music events, in the future.
