Rates of positive PCR tests in the prefecture during the past three days stands at 1.0%. The prefecture also unveiled its third supplementary budget, including extended support for closed businesses in Kitakyushu City. Additionally, it will appropriate ¥41 million to exempt university and college students from fees for those who suffer financial hardship.
