Fukuoka Standard Sekiyu Acquires Mina And North Tenjin

On July 2, Fukuoka Standard Sekiyu announced that the company bought Mina Tenjin, North Tenjin and E&Y buildings for ¥26 billion. These commercial facilities are located in Tenjin, central Fukuoka. Mina and North Tenjin are 10 and 11-story buildings respectively, with a total area of 40,000 square meters. At present, the status of the two buildings will remain unchanged. It is expected that the buildings will play an important role in the Tenjin Big Bang project. Source: JLL, 7/3/2018
