2013 is the year of the snake according to the traditional Chinese calendar. 40 Hakata Doll makers will display their year of the snake dolls at Takumi Gallery in ACROS Fukuoka until Dec 9. Entry to the gallery is free, and some of the 100 pieces displayed in the exhibition will be for sale. Along with the snake dolls, there are various other lucky charm dolls.
