A new bay for reserved taxis at the Hakata Exit of Hakata Station will be in use from June 1, replacing the Premium Taxi Stand. This will make it more convenient for people who want to shop around the area, and for tourists who are using sightseeing taxis. Until now, booked taxis can only be dispatched from the Chikushi Exit. People making reservations will be picked up from the new bay located at the Hakata Station underground pick-up area (second floor basement). Source: JR News Release, 5/22/2017
