Hakataza To Host First Kagura Matsuri

Hakataza will host its first kagura festival on Dec. 8. Three kagura performances from Kyushu are joined by Iwami kagura, the Shimane Prefecture-based performance, and a Japan Heritage. Kagura is a traditional performance and offering to the gods; each kagura performance uniquely combines dance, music, and songs. *NOTE: Unfortunately, tickets have already sold out.
