The Haruyoshi Bridge in central Fukuoka City, which had undergone replacement work due to aging, was fully opened to traffic on April 10. A completion ceremony of the Haruyoshi Bridge was held on the 9th, and the bridge was fully opened to traffic from 8:00 a.m. on the 10th. The Haruyoshi Bridge, built in 1961, is part of Route 202 and connects the Nakasu and Tenjin areas. The adjacent bridge, which has been used as a detour, will be transformed into a plaza where citizens can relax and enjoy views of the river. The plaza area becomes part of Seiryu Park which runs down the river next to Canal City. Source: KBC
