Memorial retailer Hasegawa has introduced time-limited graves for couples that include future dismantling, addressing concerns about burdening children with grave succession. The graves, which hold two urns and are removed 15 years after the second burial, start at ¥1.58 million including removal costs. Hasegawa currently offers them at eight sites nationwide and plans to triple that number to 24 by FY2028, including a Kyushu site in Omuta, Fukuoka, from November. Source: Hasegawa
