On August 29, Heisei Chikuho Railway conducted a trial carrying passengers with bicycles. The company’s train connects nicely with the Nogata-Kitakyushu cycle route and the Imagawa cycling road. Noticing an increasing demand for bicycle tourism, the company is testing non-folding bicycles on board.
