Hakata Ikkousha ramen restaurant opened its first shop in the Middle East. The new ‘Ikkousha Ramen Sharjah Shop’ is located in a major bed town near Dubai and adheres to Islamic food-related traditions. With that in mind, the ramen served there is made with chicken-based soup stock. Special sauce made without alcohol by a Sawara Ward-based soy sauce brewer is also used.
