A food van known as kodomo shokudo (children’s cafeteria) and belonging to Fukuoka’s renowned ramen chain, Ippudo, is traveling around the Kanto region. The red-colored truck debuted in April 2021, and has since been collaborating with local NPOs to provide free bowls of tonkotsu ramen to kids who need support.
