Kagoshima Prefecture announced 30 new cases of the novel coronavirus infection on July 3. A number of local residents contacted the regional phone consultation center and took PCR tests after the prefecture announced a suspected cluster found at a ‘show pub’ style bar in Kagoshima City. Eleven of them were tested positive later that evening. The prefecture has reported a cumulative total of 10 cases between July 1~3. Sources: Asahi
