Kitakyushu Woman Donated One Hundred Million Yen to Board of Education

Kitakyushu City’s board of education received a ¥100 million donation from a local woman who had passed away in March at the age of ninety-seven. Having had no children on her own, she created her last will, in which she asked for her assets to be used for local child education. The contribution was made by the administrator of her will in April. Source: KBC / Mainichi
