Kumamoto Suspends LINE-based Operations Following Security Breach

Kumamoto City is suspending its LINE-based services due to the recent security matters reported in China. According to the city, three of its fourteen systems had been accessible by some engineers in China. One of them contained personal data, such as shop names, phone numbers, and manager’s names.
