Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. announced its entrance into US housing market on December 3. The company will develop a joint project with a local developer and US subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and invest some billions yen to the construction of an apartment in Atlanta City, Georgia. The five-story, 250-unit apartment is scheduled to be built in the central area of the city by April 2021.
