Kyuden To Raise Salmon at Buzen Power Plant
Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. (Kyuden) announced it would build Kyushu’s largest land-based salmon farm. Partnering with three other companies, Kyuden aims to construct a farm pool on its Buzen Power Station grounds. Salmon will be sold using the name ‘Mirai Salmon,’ and the project targets to produce about 3,000 tons per year. Source: Kyuden
