The Kyushu Cruise Promotion Association, consisting of the Kyushu District Transport Bureau and local governments, met in Fukuoka City and decided to conduct promotions overseas using a jointly created website to attract cruise ships to call on Kyushu ports. There has been a sharp increase in the number of Chinese cruise ships in particular stopping in Kyushu ports in recent years. The website will contain information about the ports and nearby tourist sites of interest.
