The Fukuoka Asia Business Support Committee, whose members include the Fukuoka City government and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, are holding their first trade fair in China in the city of Guangzhou. A total of 12 companies in the food products industry from Fukuoka, Saga, and Kumamoto prefectures are exhibiting their merchandise in the fair. The exhibit, which will end on the 27th, is also being held to celebrate the 30th anniversary of friendship ties between Fukuoka City and Guangzhou.
