Kyushu University Graduates Report Fewer Job Offers

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, 2021 graduates of Kyushu-based universities and colleges have fewer job offers. As of October, as few as 64% of Kyushu-based students who graduate in March 2021 have received employment offers starting in April 2021. The figure was 5% below the national average, presumably due to the reduced job-hunting opportunities amidst the new coronavirus spread. The entire market anticipates more canceling of positions offered and a reduction of new-graduate recruitments. Source: NHK
