Kyushu University has announced that they are opening a new department called ‘Kyoso Gakubu’ (School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation) in the spring of 2018. For all courses offered by the new school, studying abroad will be compulsory, in an effort to develop students’ international understanding and communication ability.
