Largest Prices in Fukuoka Up – Outlier In Japan

A report by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism announced that Fukuoka Prefecture recorded significant increases in its commercial and residential land prices in 2020. Despite the downward trend for the entire country, residential land prices rose in four prefectures in Kyushu; Fukuoka (+1.5%), Saga (+0.3%), Kumamoto (+0.4%), and Oita (+0.6%). Commercial land prices also rose in the prefectures of Fukuoka (+2.4%) and Kumamoto (+0.2%).  Source: News 24 / MLIT Japan
