Toyota Motor Corporation announced on Nov. 22 the production of the first electric vehicle under the Lexus brand. The new vehicle, UX300e, will be produced at the company’s factory in Miyawaka City of Fukuoka Prefecture at a pace of 15,000 cars per year.
