Line Fukuoka is preparing to move into the national market with its in-application services for administrative and other municipal services. Since 2018, the company has been collaborating with Fukuoka City to improve the convenience of services such as residential tax payment and large-sized garbage collection. Based on the model case developed for Fukuoka, the chat-based smart city system will be sold to other municipalities across Japan from 2020. Source: Nikkei Shinbun 11/30/2019
