Fukuoka-based IT consulting company Pencil adopted a new benefit scheme that will provide monetary gifts to employees who marry their same-sex partners. Pencil also enacted a new corporate charter that clearly bans discrimination against sexual minorities. The aim is to create a stress-free workplace for all employees, regardless of sexual orientation.
